Business Analyst – Data

Required profile.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the banking sector.
• Strong expertise in client data management, including:
• Client typologies, account structures, and client register modeling.
• End-to-end account opening processes, including data collection, verification, and validation.
• Management of lifecycle events and updates to client information.
• Integration with compliance processes (KYC, regulatory controls, alert handling).
• Regulatory reporting knowledge (QI, FATCA, CRS), especially client selection and reporting requirements.
• Management of pending documentation and follow-up processes.
• Distribution and governance of client data across enterprise systems and services.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and lead discussions with diverse stakeholders on complex topics.
• Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities under pressure.
• Ability to work autonomously and independently.
• Proficiency in SQL and database querying tools.
• Familiarity with APIs and related tools/technologies (JSON, XML, Postman, Swagger).
