You'll play a key role in shaping our engineering practices, ensuring the reliability and performance of our platform across a multi‑cloud environment, and empowering our engineering team to deliver innovative features with speed and efficiency. You will drive improvements in our automation, observability, and overall platform stability. /p h3WHAT YOU'LL DO /h3 ul liDesign, build, and operate scalable, resilient infrastructure across cloud providers including Azure, AWS, GCP, and IBM Cloud. /li liLead infrastructure architecture and reliability improvements for critical custody services. /li liImplement and improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability across distributed systems. /li liOwn and evolve blockchain node infrastructure, including high availability, failover, and provider management. /li liBuild automation for infrastructure provisioning, deployments, testing, failover, incident response, and operational maintenance. /li liDrive deployment operations and release reliability for platform and product services. /li liProactively identify performance bottlenecks, reliability risks, and operational gaps before they impact customers. /li liParticipate in on‑call rotations, support production incidents, and help improve incident response and post‑incident learning. /li liContribute to internal platform tools, services, and developer workflows. /li liCreate clear documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures for critical systems. /li liMentor engineers and provide technical guidance on infrastructure, reliability, and platform engineering decisions. /li /ul h3WHAT YOU'LL BRING /h3 ul li10+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, or systems operations for highly available production systems. /li liExperience managing blockchain nodes, including high availability, failover, and operational resilience. /li liExperience operating infrastructure in high‑traffic, customer‑critical, or security‑sensitive environments. /li liStrong production experience with PostgreSQL. /li liProven experience provisioning and managing infrastructure with Terraform or similar infrastructure‑as‑code tools. /li liDeep experience with containerized infrastructure and Kubernetes in highly available environments. /li liProficiency with programming and scripting languages such as .NET, Go, Bash, or TypeScript. /li liExperience with messaging and queueing technologies such as RabbitMQ or AMQP. /li liExperience with observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, or similar platforms. /li liFamiliarity with GitOps practices using platforms like Argo CD or Flux. /li liExperience working with confidential computing solutions like AWS Nitro Enclaves, IBM Hyper Protect Virtual Servers, or GCP Confidential Computing. /li liExcellent ability in solving problems and the ability to diagnose complex distributed system issues. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of working effectively across teams. /li liA focus on clear procedures, strong documentation habits, and a dedication to operational excellence. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pTake Control of Your Finances /p ul liCompetitive salary, bonuses, and equity /li liCompetitive benefits that cover physical and mental healthcare, retirement, family forming, and family support /li liEmployee giving match /li /ul pTake Care of Yourself /p ul liRR days so you can rest and recharge /li liGenerous wellness reimbursement and weekly onsite virtual programming /li liGenerous vacation policy - work with your manager to take time off when you need it /li liIndustry‑leading parental leave policies.
