To ensure seamless, uninterrupted service for our clients, you will play a critical role in actively monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining all of our products and services.
Your ability to adhere to internal procedures and escalate issues promptly will be key to ensuring swift resolutions.
You will be responsible for accurately recording all incidents in our internal systems and proactively coordinating with various departments to guarantee quick and smooth resolutions.
An analytical mindset and problem-solving skills will be essential to succeed in this role.
Additionally, you will handle phone calls and email inquiries from partners, providing support at levels 1 to 3.
This position involves regular shift rotations, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, with shift bonuses for weekend and night shifts.

Qualifications
Solid hands-on experience with Linux system administration and Microsoft Windows is essential.
Familiarity with JIRA and other tracking tools, as well as experience with Java-based applications, is highly beneficial.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a passion for investigating and identifying the root cause of issues, are crucial for success.
Proficiency in Grafana / Python or any other coding / script language would be a major advantage.
You are fluent in both English and French, with excellent communication skills.
