Reporting directly to the bChief Product Officer (CPO) /b, you will oversee a high-performing organization of approximately 20 product professionals, including Group Product Managers (GPMs). /p pThis is a high-impact leadership role where you will own the heartbeat of our technical offering—the bSonar Platform /b and bCode Orchestration layer /b—alongside our commercial engine, the bSonar Storefront /b (Billing, Permissions, Growth). You will also be the champion of the bDeveloper Experience (DevEx) /b, ensuring our UX, MCP, CLI, APIs, and integrations are world-class. You will work in a "power-couple" partnership with our VP of Engineering to deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions to a global B2B customer base. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liStrategic Vision: Define and drive a compelling vision that aligns with Sonar’s long-term business goals. /li liBusiness Translation: Convert complex business needs into actionable product initiatives, balancing technical debt with rapid innovation. /li liDomain Evangelism: Act as the primary advocate for your domain both internally (to the C-suite and Sales) and externally (to customers and the developer community). /li liExecution GTM Readiness: Personally lead the demonstration of MVPs and ensure the entire domain is primed for Go-To-Market success, working closely with Marketing and Sales. /li liCross-Domain Orchestration: Serve as the strategic "smoother" for cross-domain initiatives. While GPMs and PMs own the tactical execution, you remove high-level friction and ensure alignment across the broader organization. /li liPerformance Monitoring: Take full accountability for the health of your domain, specifically tracking and optimizing ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) and Product Adoption metrics. /li liAI Transformation: Lead the change in integrating AI into the product lifecycle and the product itself, transforming how the team works and how our customers experience Sonar. /li /ul h3Experience And Qualifications /h3 ul liProven Leadership: 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 6+ years in an international leadership capacity managing managers (GPMs/Directors) in fast-paced technical environments. /li liB2B Impact: A track record of delivering large-scale deployments to B2B customers with measurable business impact (e.g., significant revenue growth, enhanced engagement, or operational cost savings). /li liDeep Technical DNA: You are at home serving technical users. You have a deep understanding of Platform infrastructure, APIs, and CLI tools, with the ability to translate these complex concepts into business value for an executive audience. /li liVisionary Communication: Exceptional ability to influence and inspire. You can articulate a "big picture" vision to the C-level while remaining grounded in the technical realities of engineering. /li liPeople First: A proven ability to recruit, mentor, and retain a multi-disciplinary team.
