This pivotal role will drive transformation across our financial control framework and lead strategic initiatives to optimize our Group’s financial operations. /ph3Main responsibilities /h3ulliLead theICS and control framework process for the Group /liliLead the procedures and accounting policy transformation /liliManage the Balance Sheet optimization of the Group as well as Capital and dividend flows globally from subsidiaries /liliOwn the chart of accounts evolution process, lead the discussions around Consolidation tool and general ledger / ERP. /liliFinance process an systems Optimisation /liliCoordinate with the Local CFOs and manage the Global CFO /li /ulh3Project Management /h3ulliLead and manage Finance related projects from initiation to completion /liliDevelop project plans, timelines and budgets /liliPresentations to ExCO and GBC /liliMonitor project progress and make adjustements as necessary to ensure successful project delivery. /li /ulh3Process Improvement /h3ulliIdentify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions. /liliProcess analysis (start-to-end); identifying and then targeting bottlenecks /liliHolistic management of the ongoing developments /li /ulh3Skills and experience /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Finance or similar /liliBanking experience will be considered as a plus /liliQualified Charter accountant with experience outside of Audit practice /liliMinimum of 8 to 10 years of experience ina similar role /liliProven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results. /liliFluent in English both written and spoken, French, German and/or Italian are a plus; /liliKnowledge of regulatory requirements and Company Law. /liliExcellent project management skills, including planning, execution and monitoring. /liliExceptional communication and interpersonal skills. /li /ulh3Our Values /h3ulliAccountability: Taking ownership for tasks and challenges, as well as seeking continuous improvement /liliHands-on: Being proactive to rapidly deliver high-quality results /liliPassionate: Being committed and striving for excellence /liliSolution-driven: Focusing on client outcomes and treating clients fairly with a risk-aware mindset /liliPartnership-oriented: Promoting collaboration and teamwork.
