This is a role with real ownership: you won't just support systems, you will shape how our infrastructure evolves, ensuring full observability and helping ensure our platforms run smoothly and efficiently. /p h3bPosition Overview: /b /h3 ullibContract type: /b Permanent /lilibEmployment type: /b Full-time (100%) /lilibStart date: /b As soon as possible /lilibWork model: /b Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days remote) /li /ul h3bKey Missions /b /h3 h3bDesign and manage infrastructure /b /h3 pYou will design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security for our SaaS platform. /p h3bAutomate and optimize workflows /b /h3 pYou will implement CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and monitoring tools to improve deployment speed, system reliability, and operational efficiency. /p h3bEnsure security and compliance /b /h3 pYou will maintain system security, backups, and compliance standards, and collaborate with teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks. /p h3bDrive Observability Monitoring /b /h3 pYou will design and implement robust monitoring, logging and alerting to ensure real-time visibility into system health, performance, and user experience. /p h3bCollaborate across teams /b /h3 pWork closely with the CTO, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into resilient infrastructure solutions. /p pStay up to date with DevOps and cloud best practices, introduce new tools and processes, and continuously enhance performance and reliability. /p h3bBe part of a high-performing team /b /h3 pJoin a collaborative team that values ownership, problem-solving, and meaningful impact. /p h3bYour Profile /b /h3 pYou can be our next DevOps / IT Infrastructure Engineer if: /p ulliYou have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field /liliYou have at least 3 years of experience in DevOps /liliYou are proficient with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) /liliYou have experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) /liliYou have knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, or similar automation tools /liliYou are experienced with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) /liliYou have hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch, etc.) /liliYou are skilled in Linux systems administration and networking /liliYou have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude /liliYou are committed to best practices in security, scalability, and maintainable infrastructure /liliYou are fluent in English (French is a plus) /li /ul pWe care deeply about offering a transparent, respectful, and human hiring experience.
