Legal Officer

MISSION The Legal Officer will specialize in commercial contracts. The successful candidate will provide practical and business-oriented legal support across all activities of MKS PAMP SA, ensuring that commercial agreements effectively balance legal soundness and commercial objectives, and are aligned with the company’s strategy and regulatory framework. MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Draft, review and assist in negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, including refining agreements, sale and purchase contracts, trading and financing contracts, IT and marketing agreements. Provide clear, practical legal advice on contractual rights, obligations and risk exposure, ensuring alignment with internal policies and applicable regulations. Maintain and update contract templates and contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes, working closely with internal teams across the company (finance, operations, compliance, ESG, etc.) and the Group. Support and coordinate contract management processes, including maintaining contract databases, tracking key terms and deadlines, and ensuring proper execution and archiving of agreements. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Master's degree in law (LL.M. or equivalent); 2-3 years of commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience, preferably in an in-house international or corporate environment. Swiss national, EU national, or holder of a valid Swiss work permit.
