Team Assistant – Real Estate Asset Management

What you’ll do

Support the Head of Real Estate and his team in onboarding and management of existing and / or new real estate portfolios, project management, cost controlling and relationship management with external service providers

  • Team administration Working closely with the team to organise, coordinate, improve and optimise related administrative tasksMeeting, travel and expenses coordination for team membersPreparation of internal and external reporting requirements and administrative duties.
  • Back-office coordination Assisting in the preparation of the annual and semi-annual reports (Immo PLUS) and of the Immo Monitoring (e.g. coordination of data collection and analysis)Ensuring the maintenance of document management standards of local team are upheldSupport the local team in their duties to complete quarterly reportingEnsuring that all processes and documents (e.g. reporting, transaction process) adhere to compliance requirements.
  • Marketing and Event coordination Coordination and organisation of real estate marketing events (e.g. Immo-Forum)Support of team in their wider marketing activities (e.g. social-media, press releases, etc)Maintenance, update and improvement of RE team’s CRM database (Salesforce)Support of team in their preparation of client & management presentations

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

  • Professional experience as an assistant, ideally with elementary understanding of project and asset management. Experience in finance and / or real estate sector is an advantage
  • Solid educational background, preferably within real estate / finance
  • Strong affinity for numbers and strength in financial analysis
  • Strong organisational capabilities to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and project deadlines effectively
  • Ability to manage unforeseen events and ad-hoc requirements
  • Fluent in English and German, French is a big plus
