Application Developer .NET Senior

Would you like to be a pioneer in digital transformation and take the next step in your career? To strengthen our dynamic team in the IT Development Operations area, based in Bedano (near Lugano), we are looking for an experienced and self-motivated personality to start immediately or as agreed.

Your responsibilities

  • Analysis and software development on .NET programming language over distributed architectures.
  • Conduct reviews of delivered specifications and pull request review, ensuring that the code produced is compliant with the requirements, architecture and security guidelines.
  • Design, program, verify, correct, and document .NET programs of competence, using agreed-upon standards and tools.
  • Evolutive and corrective maintenance of both internally developed applications and new enterprise-level solutions.
  • Ensure the uptime of production systems.
  • Maintenance and evolution of internal applications, migration to DevOps tools & technologies
  • NET backend development
  • Support productive processes also through the on call-service

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in .NET development

    • Requirements and technical skills

  • Visual Studio 2019+, .NET Framework 4.x+, .NET Core, .NET 6+
  • RESTful Web Services, XML, SQL Server, T-SQL language, Git and GitHub, Jenkins, Entity Framework, Dapper, NoSql database (Couchbase)
  • Patterns : MVC, OOP, IoC, Object Factory, Unit Test, ORM, Async, Distributed Systems Architecture, Queuing Systems (MOM)
  • Processes : Continuous Integration and Deployment, SSDLC (Secure Software Development Life Cycle), Static Code Analysis, Software Composition Analysis, RabbitMQ
  • Nice to have : Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Native Adoption Principles & Patterns, Public Cloud (Azure), Resharper / SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory Xray, Python, Kafka

    • Soft skills

  • Business oriented team player
  • Ability to work independently, to respect priorities, planning and deadlines
  • Critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good verbal and written skills in Italian and / or English are required, German is a plus
