If so, we would like to present you the opportunity to join our HQ Geneva-based team as a Retail Solutions Project Manager .

Reporting into the Head of International Retail Performance & Operations, you will Be part of a Program Core Team in the New Retail transformation project of Vacheron Constantin.

You will envision, design, and implement strategies for global initiatives aimed at enhancing Retail Solutions for local & boutique teams and final customers.

Working hand in hand with Digital team your will be the Functional area guarantor for New Retail / Omnichannel strategy and functionalities, from business requirement definition to scope validation.

To do this, you will identify opportunities and define strategies to customized instore solution reducing operational workload and enhancing the customer experience.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Retail Solutions strategy

  • Design Retail Solutions in collaboration with Digital & IT teams, ensure testing and workshop management
  • Manage planning, resources of the lead and planification
  • Anticipate and monitor the change management for Retail population (Business impact, Testing, training, rollout & existing tool phase out plan)
  • Identify and adjust resources plan for the Retail solutions development (Next rollout & Continuous enhancement)
  • Be a key stakeholder of project, meetings related to omnichannel solutions / tools and ensure a proactive approach of projects management

Boutique Solutions and Tools

  • Partner with the Digital team and HQ cross functional stakeholders to establish retail guidelines and procedures, including but not limited to : Sales Force / Gemini / DARE / BOOSTER / SAP SPARK Strap App E-solutions and instore apps
  • Monitor deployment and follow up of all retail projects. Ensure the consistency between business needs and IT solution, as well as the integration and alignment of the commercial strategy
  • Ensure solutions adoption and continuous improvement for both IB / EB with market collaboration
  • Identify and develop new tools to support smooth boutique operations

Retail coordination

  • Ensure all processes, procedures and policies are supported, documented and maintained updated
  • Be the warrant of a smooth and seamless communication and coordination with markets and peer departments regarding Retail Solutions and tools impacting retail operations
  • Create timelines, task list, guidelines & dedicated calls to manage projects and coordinate work across HQ and local market teams
  • Work with the Retail & Digital teams to define and track KPIs

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate retail operations and boutique combined with strong retail expertise
  • Feel at ease with driving strategic projects in a matrix organization
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and French
  • Proven track record in building reporting tools and analyzing the network performance with sound project management skills
  • Solid business acumen to advise the teams and provide expertise to the Maison
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills and keen eye for detail
  • Positive attitude, growth mindset and outstanding teamwork skills with a collaborative spirit
  • Organisational skills and ability to manage priorities and solution oriented
