As the world is changing, consumers are demanding biodegradable offerings in a variety of consumer and institutional products.
The opportunity for sustainable chelates is greater than ever. We are looking for someone who can drive the global product & project management for Chelates.
In your future role as Global Product & Project Manager you will
- Define the asset and product strategy for the Chelates product portfolio.
- Maximize EBITDA for chelates (P&L owner).
- Be a strategic member of the global product management team.
- Evaluate and ensure balance of key Raw material globally and regionally
- Partner with supply chain and the business to ensure reliable supply, asset capacity, appropriate inventory and support optimization options
We believe you bring
- Higher education degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or business-related studies
- Strong experience in product and project management in a strategic role
- Interpersonal skills and strong influencing skillset
- Fluency in English
- Experience in a multi-cultural and global organization

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to Elke Patteet, Global Product Director and based in Rotkreuz Switzerland.
For this position frequent travel is required.
