About the job

As the world is changing, consumers are demanding biodegradable offerings in a variety of consumer and institutional products. The opportunity for sustainable chelates is greater than ever. We are looking for someone who can drive the global product & project management for Chelates.

In your future role as “ Global Product & Project Manager ” you will

  • Define the asset and product strategy for the Chelates product portfolio.
  • Maximize EBITDA for chelates (P&L owner).
  • Be a strategic member of the global product management team.
  • Evaluate and ensure balance of key Raw material globally and regionally
  • Partner with supply chain and the business to ensure reliable supply, asset capacity, appropriate inventory and support optimization options

  • Higher education degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or business-related studies
  • Strong experience in product and project management in a strategic role
  • Interpersonal skills and strong influencing skillset
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in a multi-cultural and global organization

    Good to know

    This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to Elke Patteet, Global Product Director and based in Rotkreuz Switzerland. For this position frequent travel is required.
