We're looking for a Recruitment Events & Marketing Specialist to join our international and friendly People & Purpose team in Zurich.

We're enthusiastic marketeers, hybrid workers, to-the stars-reachers and we love to connect over coffee, cookies and curries.

You'll be able to use your creativity and knowledge about recruitment event management and marketing, to create experiences that attract the right students and graduates to Deloitte.

How you can make an impact

• Lead graduate marketing campus teammunity and drive graduate marketing, from strategy to execution and tracking ROI
• Develop, organise and execute top in class internal and external recruiting events such as career fairs, student networking events or workshops, working closely with our talent acquisition and campus teams
• Help develop impactful marketing campaigns based on business and candidate needs, incorporating the latest trends
• Advise Senior leaders and employees on effective recruitment events and marketing, sharing best practices and guidelines
• Actively manage our talent network

Who we are looking for

• Strong interest in recruitment events and marketing, with 1-2 years of relevant experience in event management, marketing, employer branding or a similar field
• Excellent organisational and project management skills as well as good stakeholder management
• Good knowledge about the Swiss university landscape, flexibility during busy periods and high willingness to travel within Switzerland
• Strongmunication, written and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in German and English
