We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Financial Controller to join our dynamic and energetic team. As a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health and integrity of the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management and accounting principles. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide valuable insights to support decision-making processes.Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee financial reporting and perform the group consolidationReview of statutory accountsManage and lead the finance teamPrepare financial reportsPerform and advise on financial analysesLead budgeting and forecasting processesManage financial audits and liaise with auditorsProvide financial guidance to management

Desired Candidate Profile

Accounting or finance degree or qualification;5+ years of experience in Financial ControllingExpertise ideally with D365 or any other complex ERP system, and excellent Excel skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesStrong understanding of Swiss GAAP FER and finance / controlling processesFluent in English and German
