Based in Aachen and with branches in Gütersloh and Siegburg, we offer strategic and project-related IT consulting, integration, IT infrastructure and full service in four business areas : IT service and operations, administration and finance, energy and waste disposal, education and development.

What you can expect from us :

• You will be responsible for the technical support of DMS / ECM and ERP systems
• You advise and support our customers as part of the digitization offensive and implement their requirements in projects tailored to their needs.
• You implement upgrades / updates within our change management.
• You support the optimization and further development of system operation

What you bring with you :

• You have completed training as an IT specialist (m / f / d) in system integration or have a comparable qualification with professional experience.
• You have experience in the field of DMS / ECM and ERP systems
• You have knowledge in the administration of Windows or Linux servers.
• You work in a solution-oriented, responsible manner and always keep an eye on customer requirements.
• You are a team player (f / m / d), have strong communication skills and are characterized by a high level of commitment.
