- Définir les objectifs stratégiques de la société au niveau de la qualité en accord avec les demandes Corporate et la Direction
- Participer aux activités du Comité de Direction
- Superviser la documentation qualité
- Être responsable des certifications
- Assurer la gestion des réclamations clients et définir des actions correctives avec les personnes responsables
- Définir les plans d'amélioration et suivre l'implémentation
- Encadrer la préparation et déroulement des audits
- S'assurer que le personnel est bien formé sur les GMP et qu'un contrôle régulier est en œuvre
- Superviser la gestion des réclamations : investigations, corrections et actions préventives, actions d'amélioration continue
- Suivre le KPIs (Overall quality et Customer satisfaction) pour gérer des Plan d'Action spécifique.
- En cas de besoin :
- Valider les dérogations
- Décider des rappels produits
- Décider de l'arrêt de la fabrication du vrac, du conditionnement ou de l'assemblage
- Suivre les indicateurs clés pour le service qualité
- Formation d'Ingénieur avec spécialisation Chimie et / ou Qualité ou équivalent
- Expérience similaire d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle, dont quelques années sur un rôle managériale, dans un environnement de production industrielle en entreprise de type PME
- Connaissance des GMP, ISO 22716, ISO 9001, FDA GMP
- Excellente connaissance MS office, SAP est un plus
- Excellent niveau d'anglais
