Your Mission

• Ensure accurate daily financial accounting and timely month-end closing & reporting for our global DTC online and retail business, adhering to IFRS and local GAAP
• Actively challenge and optimize our global processes with a focus on automation of daily E-Commerce and retail transactions and reconciliations
• Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to enhance our systems and incorporate accounting and finance requirements
• Implement new accounting processes to align with evolving business changes, such as Marketplaces and Omnichannel strategies
• Oversee interface management (ERP / Payment Provider / E-Commerce / Banks) to ensure seamless operations
• Conduct internal controls and maintain current process documentation
• Contribute to exciting ad hoc and project tasks in an emerging environment, including new payment methods and the establishment of global guidelines for group entities

Your Story

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting or broader Finance in an agile, fast-paced, high transaction environment, preferably in E-commerce / retail
• Demonstrate a willingness to take ownership of multiple complex financial matters simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic setting
• Experience and ability to identify operational improvement opportunities and provide solutions to streamline processes
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Dynamics 365 F&O (or other major ERP systems)
• Expertise with Looker, Givex, SK Global is a plus
• Business proficiency in English
