Banking Applications Support Specialist (12 months contract)

As a member of the BACS team, you will provide support for the key digital solutions provided to clients of the Pictet Group.
You will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance for both clients and internal stakeholders, as well as helping to ensure these applications and processes are seamless.
Your role
- Handling emails and calls received by the Client Call Centre (CCC), providing accurate responses and resolving any issues encountered by users of mobile banking applications.
- Providing Level One support and following up on problem resolution with Level Two and Level Three support to ensure efficient and timely resolution.
- Collaborating with other business lines to managemunication on online banking applications, ensuring smooth and consistentmunication.
- Taking part in in user acceptance tests (UATs) to validate the functionalities and usability of mobile banking applications.
- Performing administrative and production tasks related to the team's mission.
- These responsibilities epass the key areas of focus for a member of a client support team in the mobile banking field.
Your profile
- Swiss CFC diploma inmerce; or qualification(s) deemed equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in the banking industry would be a plus.
- Proven experience in providing help desk-type support.
- Fluent French and English (both spoken and written); with knowledge of German and Spanish a plus.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
- Strongmitment to client satisfaction with a deep sense of client service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, together with effectivemunication and relationship-building abilities.
- Good listening skills, capacity to show empathy and patience to deliver outstanding service to clients.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and to foster collaboration and cooperation among colleagues.
- Excellent organisational skills, flexibility, ability to work independently and initiative.
- Proficiency user of digital tools and the most widely usedmunication devices (iOS, Android).
- Good knowledge of Windows and Mac environments.
