For our client, a fast-growing company, we are looking for an experienced Facility Manager. In this role you get the chance of managing the facilities team and organizing various processes and contracts.
Description
- Managing a team of four
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts
- Coordinating various projects and processes
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards
- Serving as the primary point of contact for facility issues
- Ensuring efficient and successful handling of processes
- Collaborating closely with the real estate team
- Managing budgets and expenses for the team
Profile
- Preferably educated in facility management
- Multiple years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in leading a team
- Fluency in English and German; French is a plus
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
- Proactive, organized, and communicative
