Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Specialist, Performance Monitoring (Procurement Service Agents) to join one of their clients, a well-known international financing and partnership organization (non-profit), based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities :

The Specialist will improve Outsourced Service Providers' service performance, Deliver a cost-effective and sustainable outsource service cost model whilst ensuring high service levels, provide timely, accurate and quality reporting of Outsourced Service Providers' KPIs and reduction of the end-to-end lead time

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have :

• Bachelor's degree in procurement and supply chain, logistic management, Business and management
• Professional Certifications in Project / Supply Chain / Procurement / Contract Management / Negotiation
• 5+ years of working experience in procurement and supply chain management in public and / or private sector with experience of service provider supplier relationship management, process and project management
• Work experience in health product procurement and supply chain management with Low Middle-Income Countries
• Relevant experience engaging with / within Lower Middle Income Countries (LMICs)
• Written and spoken fluency in English and preferably a good working knowledge of French
