Your mission

OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (100%, m / f / d, hybrid)

you will support all operational processes at LeaseTeq in Switzerland and report directly to the Chief Operations Manager (COO).

• Comprehensive customer support and consulting by phone and e-mail throughout the entire leasing life cycle in the front and back office (contract adjustments, vehicle delivery, terminations or damage reports)
• Support the processing of incoming lease applications
• Perform underwriting processes, such as verifying credit information, verifying pay stubs and financial statements according to our credit manual specifications
• Assist with contract management
• Support with the marketing of lease returns (remarketing)

Your profile

• Are you professionally trained and have several years of experience in customer service?
• Do you have a basic understanding of how leasing works?
• Do you have a good understanding of processes?
• Do you always put the customer first and are you a team player?
• Are you comfortable using tools such as Atlassian / Slack and other emerging technologies?
• Are you a self-starter and solution-oriented person?
• Do you have a talent for communication and are fluent in German and English as well as French and / or Italian?
