UX / Visual Designer for 5 months

Office Location : Zurich, CH (near the main station "Zurich HB")

Hybrid work : Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote.

Duration :  5 months (April 2025 – September 2025)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join the team in Zurich. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and evolving a Creator design system, with a focus on Figma libraries and documentation. Your work will directly contribute to the quality, consistency, and scalability of the Creator visual language.

Your responsibilities

The Creator Visual Design (visD) team plays a crucial role in shaping the visual experience for Creators. This team is responsible for overseeing the design of Creator products, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience that aligns with the broader brand. The team supports 30+ designers and engages with several groups of cross-functional partners, designing the Creator design system, specs, product design, art direction, imagery and motion to transform product strategy into polished experiences in production.

• Maintain and evolve the Creator design system
• Focus on documenting Studio-specific components and guidelines within internal tool
• Ensure Figma libraries are organized, up-to-date, and effectively serve the design team
• Contribute to the overall quality and consistency of the Creator visual language
• Collaborate effectively with UX designers and engineers
• Communicate design system updates and best practices clearly and effectively
