Financing Mechanism : Support the operation of contingent financing and grant windows, develop and implement administrative and financial mechanism workflows, and monitor covered portfolios with MDBs and sovereign credit ratings.
Credit-Rating Agencies : Establish stakeholder frameworks with credit rating agencies, maintain data and assumptions for reporting requirements, and support the assessment of IFFEd's financial and enterprise risk profile.
Asset Management : Support asset management operations, including finance and risk controls, and work closely with financial institutions to manage IFFEd's capital and grant funds.
Finance, Audit, and Risk Committee (FRC) : Support the organization of FRC meetings, develop financial models and presentations, and maintain an FRC portal for key documents and decisions.
Other Duties : Support new financial product development, financial research for donor mobilization, and collaborate with colleagues on finance issues.
The Successful Candidate :
Master's degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, International Development, or a related field.
Relevant work experience in finance or economic roles.
Excellent financial modeling, analysis, and quantitative skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proven capability to lead projects and work independently.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a rapidly moving, start-up environment.
Experience with multilateral development banks or development agencies is a plus.
Proficiency in English (required) and French (preferred).
