What you will do

Advise the business regarding future skills, optimal sourcing channels, interviewing and assessment best practices while balancing the needs of a diverse workforce and promoting internal development and progression.

Actively support and encourage a behaviour-based, fact-based, objective selection process.

Create a constantly updated recruiting pipeline for key skills utilizing active sourcing via traditional and innovative channels, with attention to providing a diverse pool of high potential candidates.

Deliver against organizational goals of hiring the best talent by eliminating bias and supporting flexibility in location, process and contract type.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert to continually inform and improve the recruiting process, ensuring an exceptional candidate and manager experience.

Collaborate with key stakeholders, supporting teams and third-party suppliers to drive an effective delivery of services, as measured against metrics and KPI’s.

What you bring

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant your skills and qualifications will ideally include :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR-related qualification

8+ years’ experience in a combination of external recruitment and in-house hiring

Ability to engage with and advise senior stakeholders (including at Leadership level)

A team player who is driven to go the extra mile to provide an exceptional service to all stakeholders

Strong English language communication skills, both written and spoken

Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting and recruiting experience within Financial Services or the Insurance industry is a plus
