Marketing Lead - Performance Run, EMEA (London, Berlin or Zurich based)

To serve this ambition, we are looking for a dynamic new marketing lead to drive our regional running strategy and campaigns.

The role is part strategy and part campaign leadership - applying regional strategy to global creative and then consulting with local markets to maximize impact everywhere.

We are especially interested in meeting people with diverse lived and professional experiences, perspectives, and approaches.

Your Mission

• Understand and represent the different run communities we serve in the EMEA region
• Lead our EMEA marketing strategy for running, owning the vertical roadmap

Set the vision, then inspire multiple teams to understand and buy into it

• Bring together global / regional / local partners to execute EMEA running campaigns
• Act as a connector between teams from global concept to local execution

Your Story

• You are a visionary connector who has built strategies and rallied teams to execute them
• You have a passion for running and the communities that are driving its evolution
• You are used to working in dynamic, fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
• You have strong project and stakeholder management skills
• You are a rounded marketer with a broad understanding across channels
• You are fluent in English - German language (and experience) is a plus
• Ideally you bring 5+ years of relevant experience

This role can be based in either Zurich, Berlin or London and you will sit at the intersection of several incredible teams packed with talented people based primarily in those three locations.

As the vertical lead, this role requires thought leadership, outstanding diplomacy and inspiring vision for the potential of running in EMEA.

On is a Swiss company with a stunning home in Zurich and rapidly growing teams in Berlin and London. The work will be hybrid and flexible, with some travel to other key cities in the region.
