Sales Assistant

Your Mission
- Manage customer quotations along the quotation process
- Handle standard customer request for product information, documentation (REACH, ROHS ) as well as quotations for standard product following guidance from Sales Managers.
- Organize internal meetings
- Organize customer virtual / on-site visits
o Manage visit agenda
o Book & prepare meeting rooms
o Support customers with hotel reservations, transportation etc.
o Support in creating presentations for customer meetings
Organize business trips
o Kick-off the approval process
o Book accommodation, transportation, dinner reservations etc..
o Manage unforeseen changes in travel itinerary, schedule etc.
o Manage final travel expense accounting
o File trip & visit reports and telephone notes in the CRM
o Create / Update CRM contacts
o Update CRM customer details
o Manage quotations in CRM
o Manage current project status in CRM for specific countries
Align and streamline processes with headquarter & internal staff
Your Profile
- Commercial CFC or Professional maturity
- A previous experience in a Sales, After Sales or Product Management administrative position is required, ideally with >
7 years of successful experience, preferably from a high-tech or modern business environment
- Very proficient with MS Office
- Fluent written and spoken English
