Green Energy Venture, part of oe energy, is a consulting and service company operating along the renewable energy value chain.

We have been connecting technology and financial markets on three continents for over two decades. Our fields of expertise are engineering, transaction management, TA (Technical Advisory) and high-level services, which are necessary for the realization of projects in renewable energies.

We are currently moving more than 8 GW in our internal projects from their development to grid connection along our core competencies.

Tasks

• Economic modelling and feasibility evaluation of high-tech concepts along the renewable value chain between generation, storage and grid with focus on PV.
• Technoeconomic assessment of different design cases to determine the best technology and design for a given case and interest
• Establishment of documentation and presentations for banks, investors and other entities involved
• Drawing up construction plans for ground mounted solar power plants and revision and control of such plans
• Electrical design and cable loss calculations for solar power plants
• Conduction of energy yield assessments by means of PVsyst

Requirements

• Completed master’s degree, doctorate, or comparable qualification in the field of environmental or system engineering, energy technology, and / or energy efficiency
• Minimum of 2-years experience in the field of balancing renewable systems and their verification processes
• Minimum of 1-year experience working with rooftop PV installations
• Knowledge of latest generation technologies along with renewable energies
• Ability to operate independently AutoCAD and Pvsyst. Knowledge of Python, EPLAN, MATLAB, and other simulation tools is valued
• Good knowledge of English (mandatory) and German (good to have)
• Willingness to travel internationally (10%)
• Well-structured, organized, and service-oriented way of working
• Quick comprehension and independent working
• Interest in working in an international and dynamic environment
• Empathic, loyal, and forward-looking attitude
