Planning & Control Senior Manager

JOB PURPOSE

The Planning & Control Senior manager will lead the F&B and hotel, inventory, forecasting, consumption, and RDA monitoring team.

Manage and supervise the development of processes, tools, and analysis in order to improve the service level, keep Cost under control, improve operations efficiencies, and the Stock Control of the whole fleet.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Ensure the control of stock analysis, par level monitoring and KPI setting.
• Ensure forecasting definitions F&B, Hotel and uniforms.
• Par level setting and monitoring.
• Consumption control vs par level.
• Ensure the ongoing Control of the purchase orders generation (RDA) and onboard inventories F&B, Hotel and Uniform including CTX orders.
• Ensures correctness and validity of all needed data analyses of the managed organization.
• Working with Ships management and Accounting dpts., monitors ship operational costs & trends for the whole fleet.
• Prepares business case simulations to facilitate the decision-making process for strategic operations.
• Proactively decides action to be taken together with operations management.
• Participates in cross-functional business projects and perform ad hoc analysis upon request.
• Analyses data in order to monitor the trend and the performance of the processes and present to the F&B Operations Director improvement actions.

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)

• 10+ years of previous working experience in management role, within the Demand Planning or Supply Chain operations.
• Good knowledge of F&B product and hotellerie.
• Fluent English, any additional language is an advantage.
• Excel advanced user, knowledge of PowerBi is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage complicated projects.
• Ability to coordinate a team.
• Proven Project Management skills.
