Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Your tasks

Responsibility for finance and accounting, including the preparation of budgets, interim reports and annual financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations

Carrying out business analyses through self-maintained business accounting.

Act as the primary contact for the CEO and actively participate in the development and implementation of the business and financial strategy.

Responsibility for the internal control system (ICS) and participation in the assessment of opportunities and risks at management level.

Manage and monitor strategic IT projects to ensure they align with business objectives.

Management of the IT, HR and Finance and Accounting departments.

Technical support for smaller companies within the group.

Your profile

Education in Finance & Accounting (HF / FH) or comparable expertise in accounting and controlling

Several years of experience in controlling and finance.

Strong communication skills and enjoyment of analytical work.

Experience in the implementation and use of ERP systems

Affinity to IT systems as well as knowledge of human resources and social security law

Ideal age between 30-40 years with high motivation to further develop a traditional company

Language skills

Fluent in German (native speaker) and English (spoken and written). Knowledge of French is an advantage.
