StellenbeschreibungFor a project at our client with locations in French-speaking Switzerland and Berne, starting on 1 June 2025, we are looking for an experienced IT-Rollout Supporter who is willing to travel. In this project, all of our client's employees will receive new notebooks, while the operating system will be updated to a new version and multi-factor authentication will be introduced. You will be working onsite in Lausanne, Neuchatel, Geneva and Berne. Fluency in English and French is necessary.Your Tasks : General support of users during the transfer and commissioning of the new devices at various locations in French-speaking Switzerland and Berne Check OneDrive file synchronisation on the old device Set up the new device Connect to LAN / WLAN Find out the users' most important work applications and start them accordingly Support users during the Modern Authentication migration process Your Profile : High willingness to travel by public transport (or own car), place of residence no further than half an hour from Lausanne Experience in support (technical helpdesk and / or technical second-level support) Experience with PC replacement You are familiar with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Professional appearance, reliable and punctual Technical knowledge (Windows 11, notebook hardware) Experience with Windows / iOS / Android Experience in security and compliance (not mandatory, but preferred) Fluent skills in French and English High willingness to travel by public transport (or own car), place of residence no further than half an hour from Lausanne Experience in support (technical helpdesk and / or technical second-level support) Experience with PC replacement You are familiar with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Professional appearance, reliable and punctual Technical knowledge (Windows 11, notebook hardware) Experience with Windows / iOS / Android Experience in security and compliance (not mandatory, but preferred) Fluent skills in French and English
