Salary : EUR150000 - EUR165000 per annum Geneva About the Role You will lead the strategy, development, and implementation of digital platforms that enhance customer and patient experiences across the business. This role will drive innovation in patient engagement, self-service solutions, and digital interactions, ensuring seamless, efficient, and user-friendly technology solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Explore and implement emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and telehealth to improve patient and customer experiences. Develop and execute the IT roadmap for customer and patient platforms, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals. Work closely with business leaders, customer service, and clinical teams to identify needs and develop technology solutions that enhance user experience. Ensure that digital platforms are intuitive, accessible, and designed to enhance engagement and satisfaction for both customers and patients. Drive the seamless integration of customer and patient platforms with internal IT systems, including electronic health records (EHR), CRM, and analytics tools. Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services. Ensure vendors meet service level agreements (SLAs) and provide the necessary support for customer and patient platforms. Work with procurement and leadership to evaluate and optimize vendor contracts. Serve as the primary escalation point for IT issues related to outsourcing partners. Take ownership of IT projects related to customer and patient platforms at both the Group level and Switzerland-specific initiatives. Ensure seamless integration with broader IT infrastructure and digital transformation efforts. Work closely with business leaders, customer service, and clinical teams to align IT services with business goals and patient care priorities. Key Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within healthcare, life sciences, or customer-facing digital solutions. Proven track record in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of patient engagement technologies, highly integrated customer portals for both HCPs and Patients, CRM platforms, and digital health solutions. Expertise in regulatory compliance related to digital healthcare services. Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic IT initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Knowledge of IT service management (ITIL) and agile methodologies is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
