analyze various remediation items related to the preparation for the upcoming client migration
document client structures (legal entities & individuals) and reflect information in the systems and documents according to internal and external regulations and policies
capture client data in internal systems
work closely with Client Advisors, Client Account Managers and clients to gather information

You’ll be working in the Remediation Support in GWM. We are specialized in reviewing client documentation and clean-up of data quality for both Legal Entities and Private Individuals ensuring relationship readiness for upcoming client migration.
What we expect :
at least 1-2 year of banking experience - MUST HAVE
experience in a role focused on providing support or working with client documentation.
customer-oriented as well as pragmatic and positive can-do attitude
ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility and responsibility
detail oriented accuracy and structured working, ensuring the highest quality service delivery
facilitation and problem-solving skills, with good know-how across (CDB & Tax Requirements, Business Risk, Operations, etc.)
strong communication skills in English, German nice to have.
