About the Role
The Office Manager ensures smooth day-to-day office operations and supports leadership, HR, and administrative functions. This role is central to maintaining an organized, efficient, and well-supported work environment, while also managing vendors, travel logistics, and office resources.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily office operations, supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Support executives with calendar management, travel planning, and meetings.
- Assist with onboarding, employee records, and internal events.
- Manage procurement, office budgets, and supplier relationships.
- Collaborate across departments and ensure clear internal / external communication.
- Organize meetings, visits, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle IT coordination and office logistics.
- Support sustainability and compliance reporting.
