We are supporting a leading telecommunications provider in Switzerland during the most significant infrastructure‑driven commercial opportunity: a nationwide Fiber (FTTH) rollout running through 2030. To successfully drive this transformation, our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Fiber (FTTH) (m/f/d) to act as the single accountable leader responsible for orchestrating the end‑to‑end commercial and go‑to‑market execution of the Fiber strategy across Consumer and Business segments in a multi‑brand environment.

This role provides centralized steering, prioritization, and cross‑functional coordination, ensuring that Brand, Marketing, Sales, CVP, Technology, IT, Data and regional teams execute a unified Fiber roadmap with maximum commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Fiber Strategy & Steering
  • Execute the end‑to‑end FTTH commercial and operational roadmap, including risk and opportunity sizing, rollout‑volume planning, and commercial prioritization
  • Define and continuously refine the brand playing field within a multi‑brand portfolio to maximize acquisition, retention, and legacy access evolution
  • Shape and manage an integrated pricing strategy, positioning the primary brand as a premium Fiber provider while clearly differentiating value propositions across brands
  • Lead the Fiber performance engine, owning dashboards and KPIs covering rollout status, targeted homes, conversions, sales performance and commercial impact
• Go‑to‑Market Leadership & Commercial Activation
  • Own the full‑funnel FTTH Go‑to‑Market strategy across Consumer and B2B/SME segments
  • Ensure consistent execution across cities and regions, aligned with rollout timing, commercial potential and brand synergies
  • Lead decision‑making on ATL strategy, national vs. hyper‑local communication, and the balance between technology‑led messaging (FTTH) and area‑specific network strengths
  • Design and execute new FTTH‑specific customer journeys, including pre‑order mechanisms prior to physical connection
  • Strengthen and scale landlords and new‑buildings engagement, enabling B2B2C activation of Fiber‑ready households
• Program Execution – Orchestrating All GTM Modules
  • The Senior Program Manager ensures that all GTM activities are fully coordinated, sequenced and aligned across brands and regions, including:
  • Acquisition
    • Local tactical plans
    • Rollout‑based activation waves
    • Cross‑sell to existing mobile base
    • DSL‑to‑FTTH migration flows
    • Campaign execution and continuous optimization
  • Cross‑Sell
    • Identification of high‑potential customer segments (pre/post rollout, access technology, contract status, mobile‑only customers)
    • Development of targeted playbooks
    • Rollout execution and performance tracking
  • Defense
    • Churn‑prevention initiatives (e.g. contractual M‑6 campaigns)
    • Optimized exclusions and re‑engagement of previously unreached households
  • Regional GTM Modules
    • Flyer distribution to eligible households
    • Outbound campaigns to existing customers (shops and telesales)
    • Scalable prospect outbound initiatives
    • Mobile targeting campaigns
    • Landlord engagement activities
    • Local promotional stands and in‑city presence
    • Regional ATL pilots
    • Store‑led “at‑home appointment” concepts
    • The role ensures full visibility, alignment and efficient resource deployment across all brands and regional teams, fully synchronized with rollout timing and commercial potential.
• Cross‑Functional Leadership
  • Drive alignment across Brand, Marketing, Sales, CVP, Technology, IT and Data Analytics
  • Establish a single governance framework for all Fiber‑related initiatives
  • Provide regular, structured updates to Executive Management on performance, risks, opportunities and required decisions

Your profile:

• 10+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with strong exposure to broadband, FTTH, or large‑scale commercial programs
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, combined with hands‑on execution leadership
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams in complex, matrix environments
• Demonstrated success in Go‑to‑Market planning, pricing, customer journey design, local commercial activation, or technical‑commercial program delivery
• Fluent German and English; French is a strong advantage
