Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Program Manager to support a variety of strategic programs and initiatives across our Senior Vice Presidents organization and the broader group. This dynamic role spans technical and operational oversight with touchpoints across university collaborations internship programs event coordination logistics and process management. Your work will drive efficiency foster collaboration and ensure the smooth execution of initiatives that impact teams both locally and globally.
Qualifications :
- 5 years experience in program management technical project management or similar roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a track record of managing multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English and German (mandatory) - ideally Swiss German

Manage collaborative research programs with universities including :Gathering and tracking budget requests from leadershipManaging approval workflows and contract negotiationsCoordinate internship programs and collaborations with universities :Oversee candidate tracking and process managementPlan and execute local office events in Zurich (e.g. end-of-year celebration monthly breakfast company hikes volunteering days)Organize and facilitate paper reading sessions for the global teamOversee hardware management in Zurich including inventory and allocation of laptops and other equipment for internsHandle onboarding for suppliers and procurement including preparation and tracking of purchase ordersSupport all-hands meetings and other cross-team communicationsCoordinate software release management including filing third-party dependency usage approvalsProvide personal assistant support to leadership including :Calendar management and schedulingCoordination of meetings and travel arrangementsContinuously improve processes documentation and workflowsQualifications
