Vous êtes un FM Coordinator des services denettoyage, avec une solide expérience en Suisse à ce poste (minimum3 ans) ?

Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux et capablede superviser et d'auditer les prestations de nettoyage tout enassurant la coordination avec différents corps de métier?

Vous souhaitez relever de nouveaux challengeset exprimer votre potentiel dans une société genevoise de renom eten pleine expansion ?

Planification et coordination desservices de nettoyage.

Préparation de rapports détaillés surl'état des installations et suivi desinterventions.

Qualifikationen

Vos compétences :

Un CFCdans le secteur du nettoyage, de la logistique ou un domaineconnexe, ou équivalence.

Expérience préalabledans un rôle similaire.

Excellentes compétencesorganisationnelles et de gestion dutemps.

Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et àtravailler sous pression.

Bonnes compétences encommunication et en relationsinterpersonnelles.

Maîtrise des outilsinformatiques et logiciels de gestion desinstallations.

Permis B, déplacementsoccasionnels nécessaires (ex. Lausanne &Crissier).
