As Head of EMEA SAP Finance , you will lead and shape the SAP Finance landscape across the EMEA region. You will manage a team of SAP Finance experts, drive the strategic direction in alignment with our global ERP goals, and contribute to our transition towards SAP S / 4HANA. Working closely with stakeholders across business and IT, you will ensure that finance processes are efficiently supported and continuously optimized within our SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, develop, and manage the EMEA SAP Finance team

Represent EMEA in the global ERP leadership team and contribute to the global SAP Finance strategy

Drive and support SAP Finance operations (including FI, CO, COPA, AM) across multiple SAP landscapes

Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementations

Act as a key contributor to strategic initiatives, including the transition to SAP S / 4HANA

Maintain and enhance a streamlined, efficient SAP Finance architecture, integrating best practices and latest technological advancements

Manage business engagement, lead finance-related SAP projects, and ensure alignment with business objectives

What We’re Looking For :

Extensive expert knowledge in SAP FI / CO, COPA, Asset Management, and SAP integration architecture

Proven experience with SAP ECC and SAP S / 4HANA environments

Strong business process consulting, requirements management, and project management skills

Experience leading SAP teams and driving SAP Finance solutions in an international environment

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to communicate effectively across all levels and cultures within a global organization

Degree in Business IT, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification

Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
