Il Gruppo Tarchini, attivo in Ticino in diversi settori, dalla progettazione alla costruzione e gestione di stabili (industriali, commerciali, logistici e residenziali) nonchè nella gestione di FoxTown a Mendrisio, nell’ottica di rafforzamento del proprio organico e per assecondare la crescita del Gruppo

CERCA UN / UNA

JUNIOR FACILITY MANAGER

  • Età massima 35 anni;
  • Diploma in ambito tecnico (edile e / o impiantistico);
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in una posizione analoga;
  • Buone conoscenze elettriche, impianti RVCS e attività manutentive;
  • Capacità organizzative e spiccate doti di problem solving;
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office in ambiente Macintosh;
  • Buona conoscenza ed utilizzo di Autocad;
  • Licenza di condurre.
  • Supporto al Responsabile;
  • Effettuare sopralluoghi, valutazioni tecniche e preventivazioni generali (lavori edili, impiantistica elettrica, impiantistica RVCS) per la realizzazione, modifica o ristrutturazione di settori di varia tipologia (uffici, depositi, attività produttive, etc.) direttamente per il Gruppo o come General Contractor per clienti esterni;
  • Coordinamento e direzione lavori;
  • Controllo degli impianti di riscaldamento e raffrescamento;
  • Controllo contratti di manutenzione;
  • Gestione e coordinamento delle riparazioni;
  • Gestione degli operai diretti e verifica delle loro attività;
  • Allestimento preventivi e consuntivi;
  • Contatto con i fornitori;
  • Gestione della corrispondenza.
