The Project Manager in HRM

will oversee the development and implementation of enterprise-level web portals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.  He will also identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement in processes and workflows.

Is It you?

Our colleague, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, will successfully tackle this project thanks to :

• Experience in managing the development of enterprise web portals
• Strong understanding of web technologies and frameworks commonly used in enterprise environments
• Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Familiarity with performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices for web platforms
• In possession of a valid work permit for Switzerland or residency in Switzerland.
