THE TEAM

We are Zattoo — Europe’s leading TV streaming platform, shaping the future of how people watch live and on-demand content across Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

Our Consumer Business Development team drives scalable subscriber and revenue growth through strategic partnerships. We work across Telco, ISP, Pay TV and other enterprise ecosystems, identifying new distribution opportunities and landing deals that fuel high-impact growth.

We are entrepreneurial, result-driven, and collaborative — and we’re looking for someone who loves building something big, measurable and meaningful.

THE ROLE

As Senior Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating Zattoo’s growth across GSA. You will identify and qualify new opportunities, negotiate and close high-impact distribution partnerships that drive measurable subscriber and revenue growth.

You will do this by building and launching strong relationships with enterprise partners in Telco, ISP and new partnership verticals. You will be working closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Finance and Legal) to transform signed deals into scalable business outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Strategic Growth & New Business

  • Identify and capture new and attractive partnership opportunities aligned with Zattoo’s commercial and strategic growth priorities across GSA
  • Build and maintain a strong enterprise pipeline targeting Telcos, ISPs, Mobile Operators, large-scale retailers and further potential industries
  • Lead the entire deal cycle from cold outreach and first pitch to final contract signature, ensuring time-to-market

E2E Partnership Execution

  • Structure commercial models such as wholesale, bundled offers and revenue share
  • Lead contract negotiations with partners and secure internal alignment with Product, Legal, Finance and Marketing
  • Navigate and influence senior decision-makers to accelerate time-to-market

Partnership Growth & Management

  • Proactively managing and upselling within existing partnership portfolio, identifying new touchpoints, marketing opportunities, or product tiers to maximize subscriber growth and revenue
  • Day to day management of partner relationship and operations

Revenue & Performance Ownership

  • Take commercial ownership for partnership-driven subscriber and revenue targets
  • Monitor partnership performance to drive optimization and scalable impact
  • Work with cross-functional teams to operationalize and grow signed partnerships post-launch

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Stay ahead of market and competitive dynamics, emerging distribution models, and go-to-market tactics
  • Represent Zattoo externally at conferences, events and with key industry stakeholders

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

You’re a proactive, commercially and growth-driven professional with:

  • 5+ years in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Enterprise Sales — ideally within B2B2C, subscription platforms or Entertainment/Telco/ISP
  • Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, closing and launching enterprise deals with measurable revenue impact as well as scaling existing partnerships
  • Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build and defend compelling business cases
  • Hands-on Mentality & Strategic Grit
  • Capacity to balance short-term execution with long-term strategic value creation
  • Open-minded and imaginative with the ability to develop strong relationships with potential business partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English
  • Comfortable engaging with senior decision makers and presenting value propositions with impact
  • Embraces Zattoo’s culture of trust, transparency and collaboration
