Your Mission

  • Manage our Finance department, guiding a team of 4-5 talented individuals
  • Report directly to the CFO, acting as a key backup for all financial matters
  • Ensure timely and accurate closing and spearhead the development of yearly budgets and monthly forecasts
  • Conduct financial reviews with our Management team and create comprehensive KPIs and financial dashboards
  • Maintain and control various Finance systems, ensuring robust internal controls
  • Support, challenge, and manage the development of projects and business scenarios
  • Serve as the financial reference for internal and external customers
  • Oversee reporting, risk management, and financial controls in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Manage cash flow and currency hedging strategies
  • Design and implement efficient, automated analytical tools to track and analyze the profitability of activities and products
  • Assist our production in the continuous rollout of the Manufacturing Execution System to ensure accurate production analysis and variance reporting

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
  • At least 5 years of management experience, with a focus on investment & industrial controlling. Sales & Marketing controlling experience is a plus
  • Proficient in financial principles including Swiss Gaap & IFRS reporting, industrial controlling, consolidation, budget, and forecast. Strong Excel & MS-Office skills are essential, and experience with integrated ERP systems is required. VBA knowhow and Business Intelligence tool experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English. German is an asset.
