About the Role :

As a Project Manager / Software Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the future of business software solutions with Odoo. You will work closely with a passionate team to exceed client expectations and drive success. This is not just a job; it's a chance to lead, innovate, and grow.

Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Project Management & Implementation : Plan, manage, and implement Odoo business software using agile project

methodologies, especially SCRUM.

  • Solution Development : Create and develop comprehensive solution proposals based on user stories.
  • Customer Consulting : Provide expert consulting across the entire Odoo Business Software process chain, ensuring client

    • needs are met and exceeded.

    Must-Have Qualifications :

  • Educational Background : Completed Information Technology and / or Business Administration studies.
  • Business Software Affinity : A strong passion for business software and its applications.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent social and communication skills, with fluency in French and English (both written and

    • spoken).

  • Project Experience : Proven experience in planning, managing, and implementing projects, with a minimum of 3 years of

    • experience.

  • SCRUM Expertise : Solid understanding and experience with SCRUM and project management methodologies.
  • Swiss Accounting Basic Knowledge : Familiarity with Swiss accounting standards, including MwSt (VAT).
