We are looking for an HR Payroll Specialist (40%) responsible for managing HR administration and payroll-related processes for Switzerland. The role focuses on ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of recurring HR tasks while providing support to employees and internal stakeholders.

The location for this position is in  Frauenfeld, Switzerland .

Your role and responsibilities

As an HR Specialist, your key responsibilities will include :

• Processing payroll mutations, child allowance adjustments, sick pay and accident notifications, and withholding tax across Swiss cantons, in collaboration with the external payroll provider.
• Ensuring compliance with social security (AHV, BVG) and supporting year-end payroll processes.
• Overseeing absence and time management using the RTM tool in collaboration with the Time Controller.
• Preparing related statistics, and handling month-end closing activities.
• Maintaining accurate HR master data, supporting personnel cost reporting, and acting as the first point of contact for employee inquiries on payroll, benefits, and policies.
• Managing employee entries and exits, including contracts, amendments, and work permits, while preparing reference letters and coordinating with authorities.
• Coordinating administrative tasks for language courses and selected training activities, ensuring efficient and service-oriented HR support.
