Position Summary

Are you detail-driven, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join us and play a vital role in our Finance department. With your expertise in SAP and passion for precision you’ll help us maintain seamless financial operations while being part of a dynamic and innovative global company.

The position is temporary till the end of December 2025.

Your mission

• Managing Accounts Payable Workflow : independently oversee the accounts payable processes, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately in SAP.
• Reconciliation : check and resolve any discrepancies of vendor accounts.
• Processing Advance Payments : handle the requests and ensure timely and proper documentation.
• Maintaining Supplier Master Data : update and manage supplier records in the system.
• Processing Travel & Expenses Reports : review, verify and process submissions to support employees and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Supporting Audits : assist in preparing documentation and providing insights during internal and external audits.
• Ensuring Compliance : review processes to ensure adherence to internal policies and legal frameworks.
