Your team:
Join the Global Products and Solutions (GPS) Platform Transformation team and work on conceptualising and developing relevant AI solutions for financial products distribution in Wealth Management.

During your journey, you will gain experience and insights into our products and solutions offering with focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) by partnering with sales, advisory and technology departments. You will be actively involved in designing solutions how to best apply AI to serve our clients with most relevant solutions, gaining first-hand experience and acquiring relevant knowledge and personal skills.

YOUR CHALLENGE

What to work on:

• Assist in conceptualising and developing AI-powered analytics tools to identify client needs and anticipate demand for financial products such as structured products, options, investment funds or similar
• Collaborate with advisors and product specialists to understand advisory and sales workflows and co-design AI features that streamline product selection, suitability checks, and /or proposal generation
• Support the conceptualisation of sales enablement platforms by integrating intelligent product recommendations based on client profiles and market conditions
• Support analysis of historical client interaction data to train predictive models that help improve targeting accuracy and advisory effectiveness
• Contribute to pilot initiatives leveraging AI or chatbot prototypes to assist relationship managers, advisors and / or sales

These tasks aim to bridge artificial intelligence with advisory needs, enhancing both the efficiency of relationship managers and the relevance of product offerings for our clients — always in line with the Bank’s focus on wealth management.

What to learn:

• Gain practical understanding of how AI and machine learning are applied in wealth management to support personalized client advice, product matching, and sales process optimization
• Develop skills in working with financial data under strict privacy and compliance requirements, learning how model outputs are validated and governed in a regulated banking environment
• Enhance business acumen by collaborating with product specialists and advisors, gaining insight into client-centric product design, sales dynamics, and the role of technology in shaping digital advisory tools

These experiences offer valuable exposure to both technological innovation and client-focused financial services within a global private banking setting.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor student from 2nd year onwards or enrolled Master student in the field(s) of Finance, Economics, Business Administration, STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) or a related field
• Initial practical experience in AI / ML is a plus
• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
• Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus
• Registered in the country of application with a valid work permit
