Delphi Developer - Financial Messaging (80-100%)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Delphi Developer to support our small message transformation core team.

The ideal candidate should have a background in the banking or financial services area and experience with financial messaging. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as much of the work involves understanding existing systems and supporting client-related requests (no direct client contact).

Tasks

Your Role

• Perform format and gap analysis of existing systems
• Take ownership of converter development
• Ensure daily maintenance and further development of legacy applications
• Analyze and improve existing Delphi codebases to support ongoing projects
• Provide technical support for internal teams handling client requests (no direct end-customer interaction)

Note : Approximately 30% of your time will involve coding , with the remainder focused on analysis, system understanding, and internal support activities .
