About us

Optiml is fast-growing startup with a mission to decarbonise real estate as “the trusted software provider for sustainable and profitable real estate portfolios”. We spun out of ETH Zurich in fall 2022 and raised our $1.6m pre-seed from top-notch US & EU funds : Innovation Endeavors (San Francisco – fund of former Google CEO Eric Schmidt) and Planet A (Berlin). In short : although we’re only 1.5 years old, we’re getting a lot of interest, and we’re at the stage where we need more entrepreneurial and talented colleagues to join our team.

Our science-based, enterprise-grade SaaS solution (AI-enabled) helps Real Estate Investors & Owners in : data transparency on renovation needs, investment decision-making, asset and portfolio management optimization, and anticipation of regulatory compliance of the entire portfolio.

We were founded in 2022 as a ETH Zurich Spin-off, and have ever since turned our verified models and algorithms into a top-notch software with user friendly, intuitive interface, capable to manage single assets, entire portfolios and even districts / networks.
