As Bid Manager Service, you pursue the overarching goal of successfully selling maintenance contracts for rail vehicles worldwide. As Bid Manger for service sales projects, you will play a key role in the sales success of Stadler Service. In the assigned projects in various markets, you will coordinate and lead an interdisciplinary team with employees from the Stadler Group and from our worldwide maintenance locations. You will be responsible for preparing offers, coordinating the team, preparing and leading sales meetings with management.

Cross-location project management for sales projects in the Service DivisionClose co-operation with the vehicle sales team on tenders that take into account vehicle purchase and their long-term maintenance.Responsible for the preparation of customer quotations (in particular coordination of quotation team & work packages, quotation & time planning, progress checks, quality assurance of quotation documents)Analysing the contractual terms requested by the customer. Recognising the associated risks and proposing mitigation solutions by suggesting adjustments to the contractual terms.Cooperation with external service providers (consultants, lawyers, etc.)Preparation and active participation in sales meetings with managementCollaboration on process optimisationHow you will contribute
