How you can make a difference :
Have good knowledge of HR Recruiting and Consulting
Support HR Business Partner International with the handling of the administration connected to preparation of employment contracts, salary analysis, employment risk analysis at international level (e.g. subsidiaries)
Provide remote support (from Bonaduz) to other HR contacts at subsidiary level as a backup for day to day work, administration, or project as required
Support HR Business Partner International with the creation and documentation of international HR projects, also help local HR contact with HQ directives implementation etc.
Support managers and employees in understanding the HR processes that are relevant to them and enables them to apply the procedures when necessary
Good understanding of International compliance regulations in the areas of immigration, social security and general principles of employment law
Train less experienced team members in administrative procedures
Support the Business in the implementation of reorganizations
Establish and maintain networking relationships with recruiters and candidates (Agencies, Headhunter, LinkedIn etc.) to constantly stay in touch with the evolution and demands of the market
Manage and improve the entire recruitment process
That’s what you bring along :
Degree / training in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
Can do attitude, resilience and open attitude for challenges
Enjoy problem solving with positive attitude and customer oriented
Culturally aware and good communicator
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar function, ideally in an industrial environment
Strong communication and writing skills in English (C1 level) and German, additional languages are a plus
Sound knowledge of MS Office and general affinity for systems technology topics
Experience with Workday is a strong advantage
Structured, systematic and organized way of working with strong planning and organizational skills
