Job Description
Tasks and responsibilities :
Primary support to the Group CEO in the day-to-day schedule and workflow
Complex calendar management across multiple priorities
Coordinating logistics for both domestic and international travel and accommodations
Managing special projects related to the organizational needs and priorities as requested by leadership
Adjust travel, meetings, and logistics as needed with a constantly changing schedule
Providing also some targeted support to the senior management
Consolidate and submit monthly travel expenses
Coordinate and help prioritize internal and external meetings, calls, events, ensuring relevant teams and / or partners are aware or included
Qualifications
4-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant
Fluent German and English skills
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Strong organizational, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Great degree of flexibility and adaptability to a fast-changing business environment
Ability to schedule a significant number of activities, meetings and events, routinely gather, collate and classify data
Multi-tasking, ability to prioritize
Strong sense of accountability, personal initiative, and responsibility
