Head of QHSE & CSR

Mission

The Head of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment & Corporate Social Responsibility provides technical and professional leadership in all matters of safety, environment, quality, and sustainability, working closely with the Management, Business Units, Product Development, Procurement, Human Resources, Projects and work-site managers, etc. to propose and implement Company policies and strategies.

He/she leads and ensures a level of performance and maturity of the safety, environment, quality, and sustainability management system through a practical and results-oriented approach.

Qualifications/Experiences

• An engineering degree or Master degree level with an EHS specialty;
• A minimum of 10 to 15 years' experience in EHS management;
• A strong leadership to lead and deploy the transformation programs;
• A successful experience in an industrial / construction environment with proven experiences in driving the transformation of organizations about culture in health and safety;
• An appetite for communication, training and health topics;
• Proficient in German and English is mandatory, speaking French is a plus.
